WARRANTY

Our warranty is a 12 month replace or repair warranty on all installations and supplied equipment. In the case where a site is attended for a warranty purpose and the warrantied equipment is found to be faulty or damaged due to incorrect use, tamper, theft or vandalised, a call out fee and equipment replacement cost fee may apply.
On the occasion of a faulty, unrepairable item, stock may be replaced with item of same value or more if item becomes unavailable.  

Equipment installed that was not provided by ‘RJ Security & Data’ is not covered under the 12 month equipment warranty, faults or damage to the equipment or install found to be caused due to installation fault will be covered under conditioned warranty.   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INSTALLATION

On accepting an install by ‘RJ Security & Data’ you agree that: 

  • All equipment installed and supplied is owned by RJ Security & Data until equipment is paid for in full. 

  • Remote access for security equipment supplied and installed may be obtained for future remote assistance and servicing, access will not be obtained without permission prior to doing so.

  • All our invoices are strictly Due on Receipt terms for non trade clients , and strictly 14 days for trade clients. Failing to pay within these terms may result in late payment fee’s, recovery fee’s or removal and deactivation of supplied equipment.

  • Equipment quoted or installed may not always be available of the exact same model for installation or replacement, on the occasion this happens, you will have the opportunity to accept equipment of same value or higher

  • Your personal details are stored within our secure database whom can only be access by authorized staff. If you do not wish to have your details stored, please notify our team at the time of your booking.

  • Quotes are written on a sight dependent basis. This means some quotes may slightly increase or decrease depending on details of the job that were not possible to know at the time of your job inspection. If this occurs, you as the client will always be notified and asked to sign agreeing that you are aware and accept changes.
